Southwestern Russia’s Belgorod region is offering a nationwide record of 3 million rubles ($31,200) in one-time payments for signing military contracts to fight in Ukraine, authorities said Monday.

Four other Russian soldiers recently killed in Ukraine. Evgeny Sysoev was 59, Vladimir Kapitonov was 55, Vladimir Dotts was 48, and Andrey Voevodin was 56.

@Danspiun @Cezve_340ml: 4.🇷🇺POWs in Kursk Oblast: 200th Arctic Motor Rifle Brigade.
Two more from the. 200th.
1) Captured 13.08 near Olgovka.
2) From 124th Artillery Bde communication group, but attached to 200th. They were encircled on 7th August but the commanders didn't initially realise. On the 9th shelling started but they couldn't retreat. His evacuation group was destroyed. On the 10th a 'Bradley' arrived and shot up their treeline. When it went to reload they moved to another treeline. They wanted to go in the Korneevo direction, but they were encircled completely to the depth of 5-6 km, so they stayed in treeline overnight. On the 11th they were captured.

Ukraine has already used part of these funds to procure Air Defence Missiles from Thales and Sheffield Forgemasters for artillery barrel blanks.
For its part Export Financing in the UK means that the government provides financing to prospective parties at better terms then they would have otherwise gotten and thus secure contracts for UK industry.

🇺🇲🇮🇳 The US State Department has approved a possible Foreign Military Sale to India of 53 MK 54 MOD 0 Lightweight Torpedoes, plus associated equipment and services for an estimated cost of $175 million. These will equip the Indian Navy's MH-60R Seahawk helicopters. This is a sale from US Navy stock.
