@Meanmelon: Yes, you could say they have also just refused to sell to Estonia as well. That's misleading though. Lockheed's comments to the Estonian Defense Minister confirms that PrSM will be available to NATO allies, but they already have an order backlog from the US Army. If you want PrSM immediately, you will of course not receive it. Norway likely asked for delivery timelines that the US Army was not prepared to commit to.

@macaquinh007 @Meanmelon: PrSM Increment 1 is officially a 400-499km range weapon. Actual range likely exceeds that already. Increment 4 will have substantially more range and I suspect it will only be available for the US and perhaps Australia & the UK.
