Great shots of NEWCON Pr.23700 “Voevoda” passing Khronstadt ENR St.Petersburg by Aleksei Akentyev.
The role of this unit is a mystery but it is possible Voevoda may join the GUGI ORBAT once commissioned. @mikeplunkettuk @Saturnax1 @CovertShores https://twitter.com/MrFrantarelli/status/1830920075513340059#m

@MachesterAlex: Why such assumption? You accused me of lying (presumably, about the fact that it is actually the 179th Communications Troops Training Center), so I provided the proof. That's all.

@MachesterAlex: Doesn't really matter, I've provided you the proof that the building seen in the footage belongs to the 179th Communications Troops Training Center. That was my only intention.

RT @Tatarigami_UA: Over 40 people were killed in a missile strike on the Military Institute of Communications and a nearby hospital. This isn’t the first time Russia has targeted crowded facilities. It seems many generals still haven't learned some basic lessons, even in the third year of the war. https://twitter.com/IAPonomarenko/status/1830937486815601151#m

RT @tshugart3: PRC Ferry Update: five Bohai Ferry Group ferries appear to be anchored off beaches bear Dongshan Bay on the southern edge of the Taiwan Strait, far from their normal Yellow Sea ferry routes.
Most stopped at nearby ports before this - I'm guessing it's a landing exercise. 👀

The Arms Export Control Act (AECA) and International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) govern the export of defense articles via commercial transactions. Any company involved in any aspect of the defense industry is very familiar with these lengthy & strict regulations.
