RT @kromark: The Russian army has constructed yet another pontoon bridge across the Seym River in Kursk Oblast, in Karyzh, right next to the permanent bridge. A new @planet sat image taken Aug. 25th also reveals new damage to the Karyzh bridge, making it unusable even for any heavy equipment.
