Not an M270 vs an Actual M270. There are features in the top of it that do not resemble an M270, then the space in between it is too large, and there is no clear indication of a launcher being at the back of it, it’s doesn’t look the same.

The prime contractors would be Boeing and Lockheed Martin.
"The description and dollar value are for the highest estimated quantity and dollar value based on initial requirements. Actual dollar value will be lower depending on final requirements, budget authority, and signed sales agreement(s), if and when concluded."

More and more often locals report cases of robbery by Russian soldiers in the Glushkovsky district of the Kursk region of Russia.
The video shows Russian soldiers looting stores in the village of Zvannoe, Kursk region.
Glushkovsky district is cut off from the main part of Russian forces by the Seym River. Until recently, there were 3 bridges across the river, now all the bridges have been targeted, some of them have completely collapsed, and some are in critical condition.
Most likely, the looting in this particular district of the Kursk region is connected to the fact that Russian soldiers realize that there is a high chance that they will eventually have to retreat across the river. https://twitter.com/bayraktar_1love/status/1825196784462737824#m
