The Russian flagged tanker Vladimir Rusanov has been drifting west of Måløy since midnight zulu, reportedly with engine problems the crew is trying to fix.
NoCGV Bison is on scene if towing is required.
I'm a bit curious as to why the NTB wire mentions line of sight to the Vågsøy Sindre I air defense radar as environmental reasons alone more than warrants readiness to assume tow.
