The Ukrainian 79th Air Assault Brigade reported it has repelled a large-scale Russian armored assault near Kurakhove, west of Marinka in Donetsk Oblast.
According to the Ukrainians, the Russian offensive force consisted of 11 tanks, 45 armored combat vehicles, 1 BMPT Terminator armored fighting vehicle and 12 motorbikes.
The Russians advanced in armored columns from several directions. They were targeted by Ukrainian artillery and FPV drones. Some of the Russian vehicles also struck mines laid by the sappers from the 79th ODShBr.
At one point of the video, Russian infantry can be seen advancing through an open field together with armored vehicles (00:41).
In total, the Ukrainian side claimed its forces destroyed or damaged 6 tanks, 7 armored vehicles carrying assault infantry and all 12 motorbikes during this battle.

🔉Сьогодні, на Харківщині, в одному із підрозділів, військовослужбовцями, на підґрунті особистих взаємовідносин, було застосовано вогнепальну зброю. Внаслідок стрілянини, троє військовослужбовців загинуло, ще четверо отримали поранення.
Поранених військовослужбовців було оперативно доставлено до Військово-медичного клінічного центру, де їм надається вся невідкладна медична допомога. Стан поранених – важкий.
На місці події працюють Військова служба правопорядку у ЗС України та правоохоронні органи.
❗️Керівництвом вживаються всі необхідні заходи, задля недопущення в подальшому подібних випадків.

Ukraine received atacmas fall 2023 so the Russians adapted and moved helos back in to russian territory mostly . The UA shorad stocks were also pretty low at that point. This is a valid explenation.

NORAD statement says that Russian and Chinese aircraft remained in international airspace and did not enter American or Canadian sovereign airspace.
