RT @Archer83Able: On Tuesday, Russian forces carried out a strike with Iskander-M ballistic missile carrying cluster warhead on the Ukrainian Poltava Air Base.
Their target was a Mil Mi-24 helicopter, though it cannot be concluded from the footage whether it was affected.
The strike was monitored by a Russian reconnaissance UAV hovering over the area, as was the case with yesterday's missile strikes on the Ukrainian Myrhorod Air Base.
