@DennisG1431559: They would do nothing. ATACMS are not capable of reaching air bases with Tu-95 or Tu-160s. Those air bases are 600km to 1,770km from Ukraine, Tomahawks or JASSM-ER would be needed
Morozovsk is in ATACMS range with ~30 Su-34/35s that Russia uses daily to launch glide/guided bombs
