Ramzan Kadyrov’s personal business jet Airbus A319-100 (RA-73417) departed from Minsk National Airport at 20:02.
The plane stayed in Belarus for exactly 24 hours, and the purpose of its visit to Belarus is still unknown. There were no public reports about any meetings with representatives of the Lukashenka regime, as well as with Lukashenka himself.
Moreover, it’s currently unknown whether Kadyrov was on board the plane.

Talai’s foundation is engaged in the illegal deportation of Ukrainian children from the occupied Donetsk, Luhansk and Kherson regions of Ukraine to Belarus. For these actions, Talai’s foundation (and himself) is under EU, Ukraine’s and U.S. sanctions.

"The Biden administration has quietly given Ukraine permission to strike inside Russia — solely near the area of Kharkiv — using U.S.-provided weapons, a U.S. official and two other people familiar with the move said."
"'The president recently directed his team to ensure that Ukraine is able to use U.S. weapons for counter-fire purposes in Kharkiv so Ukraine can hit back at Russian forces hitting them or preparing to hit them,' a U.S. official confirmed."
