Haunting atmosphere of the Serebryansky Forest near Kreminna in eastern Ukraine, where battles between Ukrainian and Russian forces have been ongoing for over two years.

RT @JakeGodin: Area where reported IDF airstrike & fire took place in western Rafah tonight near the UNRWA facility still had a large amount of IDPs in it in May 24 @planet imagery.
Potential geolocation, possible image of large fire was at "Kuwaiti Peace Camp" just north of the warehouses. https://twitter.com/ja31ck/status/1794840799890358470#m

@A_Melikishvili: So the Telegraph has quoted a post of mine. I didn't know that but that's ok.
I don't expect everyone to agree with me all the time. Disagreements and discussions are ok. My opinions and analysis are mine alone and I do stick my head out, even when I know the message will be unpopular.
How much the Armavir radar can provide data to the war effort is highly debatable and Russias ballistic missile warning network can't detect Ukrainian UAVs. This network is built mainly to detect (US) ICBMs and SLBMs so I don't see the comedy here.
I'm of the opinion that Ukraine should avoid hitting certain nuclear forces related targets, as these aren't about Ukraine but strategic stability vs the US(NATO), so Ukraine is taking a political risk here. There's a boatload of other good targets to go after instead.
Sometimes I get things wrong, that's always possible in this business, but on this topic it's too early to gauge the official reactions from the Western governments and whether this will affect releasing caveats on Western supplied weapons.
