@fisherofsea: There is nothing to tell, there is zero evidence for a Patriot being in Kharkiv. Ukraine only has 3 systems for the entire country. One is confirmed to be in Kyiv. Another is most likely at the main Air Base. And a third is active in the front line.

There is no other Patriots.
