@thinkdefence: I think it is mostly driven by FPVs even though Russia has employed smoke frequently as part of training exercises. A little surprising it wasn't employed as widely earlier in the war.

@thinkdefence: Maybe, but FPV usage also increased as the war became more static. I think the greater saturation of FPVs and reconnaissance UAVs is spurring the development.

However, the Ropucha and 1x Krivak have moved elsewhere with the Ivan Khurs now at the Frigate pier (was in the repair bay)
