@NOELreports: I’ll do a breakdown of it. Initially, it looked like Ukraine was getting most of what was in the Senate bill, although there’s still some more details to clarify. Now, that they released it, it’s easier to know exactly what money is going where, the loan, and in what form and quantity aid would be sent like weapons.

From the previous ATACMS proposals from the House, it was that US had to procure ATACMS for Ukraine worth around the range of $40 million or more. this mean’t it would’ve been 300km unitary ATACMS missiles, because the 165km and 300km cluster variants of ATACMS are not produced anymore. It’s an upside that ATACMS is included in the bill, but regardless of whether ATACMS is or isn’t in the bill, US is probably going to continue sending Ukraine 165km Cluster ATACMS and eventually send 300km ATACMS by the looks of it especially due to the success it had today in destroying an S-400 battery in Crimea.

@ukraine_map @NOELreports: The loan aspect of it is certainly a downside of the bill and if it’s not fully or almost entirely covered by seized Russian money then it is not better than the discharge petition, Senate Bill is.

US is mostly throwing old weapons away and buying new ones for themselves.

@200__zoka @NOELreports: I never said it was better than the Senate Bill yet because I haven’t read through this bill. If it’s a loan and is not covered by Russian assets, then it is worse than the Senate bill and would put Ukraine into debt, and the presidential drawdown authority cap is most important.

As I mentioned earlier, there were up to 5x S-400 Launchers at Dzhankoi Air Base, and after further analysis, it appears that all 5 of 5 S-400 launchers were either destroyed or damaged in the ATACMS strike by Ukraine 🇺🇦 today, including a radar and other S-400 battery components
