A column of Belarusian Armed Forces equipment was moving from Minsk towards Mikashevichy (Brest region) along the R-23 highway.
The equipment includes 3 fighting vehicles 2B26 Grad MLRS, 4 KamAZ trucks, 2 Ural trucks, all with Belarusian license plates.

Also, part of the equipment was spotted on the M1 highway, moving towards Barysau (Minsk region).

Today, the Ministry of Defense of Belarus reported that drills would be held.

Update: Anzhalika Borys has not been released, her measure of restraint has been changed.
According to @Belsat_TV, Borys was taken to Grodno, her measure of restraint has been changed. She has not yet been allowed to contact Polish diplomats.

I think any US-centric analysis of Russia's motivations for invading Ukraine will be wrong. It was primarily about Ukraine. A more relevant event was the 2nd Karabakh War, which showed a country could retake territory through military force with a minimal international response.
