First, I underlined that this is what the Ukrainians "claimed". Second, I underlined that there's "no confirmation" so far.
There's a precedent in the form of at least two previous claims by the Ukrainian Air Force which later turned out to be true. Hence I've decided that this is something worth noting.

The ‘terrorists’ arrested by the KGB for allegedly trying to attack Belarus and Russia are actually drug traffickers.
On February 15, a “counter-terrorist operation” regime was introduced in Lelchytsy district (Homiel region, Belarus). Local authorities, propaganda and Telegram channels of Lukashenka’s enforcers didn’t know what was going on. Later the KGB reported about the detention of “terrorists”, allegedly sent by the Security Service of Ukraine (SSU) to conduct terrorist attacks in Belarus and Russia. Propagandists published the names of the three detainees: Ukrainians Serhyi Kabarchuk, Pavlo Kabarchuk, and Brest resident Vitali Ulasiuk.
The Flagshtok media found out that the “agents of the SSU” detained in Belarus, Serhyi and Pavlo Kabarchuk, who, according to the KGB, allegedly planned terrorist attacks in Belarus and Russia, were in fact under investigation in Ukraine for drug smuggling.
