Taiwan banned exports of more than 70 different machine tools to Belarus.
The Ministry of Economy of Taiwan has expanded the list of restrictions on exports of various high-tech products to Belarus and Russia. It’s reported that the ban applies to 77 items of machine tools.
The exports ban comes into force on March 8 and is imposed to prevent the Russian military-industrial complex from using high-tech Taiwanese products in its war against Ukraine.
