It would be hard to hold elections but there shouldn’t be a leader in power indefinitely. If the people don’t want the leader there should be elections. Macron commented on the death of French volunteers as a result of a Russian attack on Bereslav, Kherson region. Yesterday, the administration of the Kherson region reported about this:
"Foreign volunteers were killed and injured due to an enemy strike on Beryslav.
Russian army killed two French citizens. Three more foreigners received minor injuries. Among the wounded is also an activist of the organization's Ukrainian representative office.
Sincere condolences to the families of the victims."

By the railway, Russian drone-drops damage🇺🇦front line positions at 47.516532, 35.970852 (They highlight a log being thrown!) .
Interesting as its only 770 meters NW of the village, but also because there is not much sign of previous shelling. Likely its the same as the pre-June 2022 positions.
Unclear results, but the TG channel claim they destroyed a 'bucket, a pan and RShG grenade launcher' and perhaps the MG nest they were targeting.
A separate MG can be seen firing at the drone from a bunker at the start.
