The ongoing conflict in Sudan broke out in April 2023. In September 2023, reports came out that Ukrainian special forces/services may be behind the series of strikes against Russia-backed Rapid Support Forces and Russian mercenary groups operating in the country.

This morning, Belavia’s plane on the B2975 flight, which departed from Minsk National Airport (MSQ) at 07:54 and was heading to Moscow, took the waiting area immediately after the takeoff. After making several circles in the sky (performing the necessary procedures), the plane landed at MSQ.

According to our information, there were more than 40 passengers on board the Boeing 737-8ZM (EW-457PA), and the reason for the return was that the plane failed to retract its landing gear.

As a result, the passengers were sent to Moscow on another plane – EW-254PA, the delay was 2.5 hours.
