@J_JHelin: I think the greatest failure of the offensive happened during the planning phase by underestimating the Russians. US and other Western input should perhaps have been able to catch this but that didn't happen.

I have a hard time picturing any realistic alternate scenario leading to a vastly different outcome, in main due to the Russians and their defensive effort.

By alternate scenarios I'm mainly thinking about Western equipment donations which is what many bring up, that we didn't resource the offensive properly.

Yes, there have been deficiencies in Western support but more equipment alone wouldn't have solved internal Ukrainian issues.

"RUSORIZ" працює. Ще одна військова вантажівка повністю знищена за вчора. Але не вдалося ідентифікувати за виробником. Кабіна плоска, прослідковується 6-ть колес. Якість відео не дозволяє ідентифікувати кунг, але схожий на К5350Д-11-004 але база не камаза. Відео не публікую.

This was one of my three groups of factors with internal AFU issues and deficiencies and delays in Western support being the third.

Western underestimation of the Russians during planning goes in the latter group while the former is the main reason why I think more equipment alone wouldn't have drastically changed the outcome.
