By the latter I mean something like a large initial salvo (multiple shooters) and then a long pause before the next Kalibr strikes, while other strikes (such as by LRA) continues, will indicate problems.
Hard to read much from a single unit firing the occasional limited salvo.

I'm a bit skeptical that the relocating of the Black Sea Fleet Kalibr shooters to Novorossiysk means loading and missile logistics issues.
Only if the pace and salvos of Kalibr strikes increases beyond what we've seen the past year will we be able to say that this is the case.
