хоча навіть не уявляю, нащо підробляти цей і без цього підтверджений ворогом випадок, але, виявляється, треба і тут комусь щось доводити

@MVokrinek: The only thing he would be able to do would be to put the House in recess or have another speakership vote.
“Republican Rep. Patrick McHenry of North Carolina will now temporarily lead the House of Representatives after the speaker's position was vacated on Tuesday.
McHenry, who is a top ally of Kevin McCarthy, was appointed speaker pro tempore.
His name was on a list McCarthy was required to give to the clerk in case of a vacancy.
The speaker pro tempore, which is the official title, can only recess the House, adjourn the chamber and recognize speaker nominations.” (CNN)

@VictorishB123 @KofmanMichael: Production capacity still isn't sufficient to meet Ukraine's monthly expenditure rate. Stockpile DPICM ammunition will be the bridge, but Russia will have an artillery advantage after this offensive for the foreseeable future.

Air defense missiles/munitions will be critical this winter as well. The prospects for future Ukrainian offensives in 2024 will heavily depend on receiving sufficient artillery ammunition from Western countries.
