The commander of the Russian 1st Air and Missile Defense Army, Major General Konstantin Ogiyenko, and the commander of the 4th Air Defense Division, Major General Dmitry Belyatsky, were detained by Russian authorities in connection with the case of bribery, Russian media reported.
The 4th Air Defense Division is subordinated to the 1st Air and Missile Defense Army. Both formations are responsible for the air defense of the Moscow Oblast and Russian capital.
According to Meduza, Ogiyenko was removed from his post after a criminal case was opened. He pleaded not guilty. Belyatsky partially admitted his guilt and was placed under house arrest.

RT @benreuter_IMINT: 4 more silos of the 368 #ICBM RGT seems to have (almost) finished reconstruction.
So the aim of having a complete 2nd Avangard/UR-100UTTKh RGT at the end of 2023 seems to be realistic.
Together with the 621 RGT that would bring the grand total to 12msl

Possibly the first photo of a Russian Mil Mi-28NM attack helicopter equipped with Vikhr-1 ATGMs in the combat zone, which now appear to start replacing Mi-28's "standard" Ataka ATGMs.
These have extended range in comparison with Ataka (~10km to ~6km).
Vikhr ATGMs installed on Kamov Ka-52 helicopters were used extensively against Ukrainian forces on the Zaporizhzhia front.

Destruction of Russian T-80BV with the help of Ukrainian FPV drone. Unlike usual, it was not a kamikaze, the FPV dropped a grenade into an open tank hatch and flew away unharmed.

🇷🇺Telegram last week still claimed Robotyne as contested, but 7 Bobr📽️on 04/09 showed🇺🇦had gained a foothold in key woodland positions 650m to the south.
I joined 3 films:
First 2 strikes hit the roof, 3rd perhaps caused a casualty.

The 3 BOBRMORF FPV drone strikes in tweet 63 targeted UAF in captured RuAF positions in the north of the woodland. Here a 4th strike shows UAF are inside the woodland too. Unfortunately at least one UAF casualty is likely.
