Located there is the the 334th Military Transport Regiment of the Russian Air Force with Ilyushin Il-76MD transport planes.

There are reports that it was a UAV attack.

Four Ilyushin Il-76 transport planes were damaged as result of tonight's UAV attack on the Pskov Air Base, according to Russian emergency services.

The full scale of the losses and damage is yet to become known, but it appears that it was one of the most daring and effective Ukrainian attacks of this kind so far.
