@zac5114 @J_JHelin I don't think that is completely true. Southern military district started fortify last summer. I do agree we should have provided the equipment and training earlier.

@zac5114 @J_JHelin However, there would still have been a period during the late winter/early spring which was not suitable for an offensive. I think most of these defenses were done before that.
