The question to determine the impact will be the quantity of ATACMS being sent. USA does have more ATACMS than both UK and France have Storm Shadows/SCALP combined, and USA has 8,000 other cruise missiles

@3littlepatience Yes, Cluster Munitions can have a big impact. They will be used on fields and trenches with hundreds of mines around, and won’t be used on civilians populations. This speeds up the war up and allows Ukraine to bypass heavy Russian trench fortifications and minefields more easily.
