I counted around 240 tents in this image at 20 troops a tent that's accommodation for around 4,700 personnel.

The BBC reckons there are up 300 tents which could house up to 6,000.

I don't think the personnel intended to use this camp have arrived yet, the site is too clean and there are no vehicles etc.
