@breakingcraft_ I do think it's an active storage site as they held this exercise last year.
On the possibility of seeing convoys, I do think there's a chance a heavily escorted convoy heading away from the fighting would make it's way to Telegram in the reigning chaos.

Russian MOD issued a press-release today on a 12th GUMO anti-terror exercise in Belgorod Oblast, involving 200 men.
I do think this was at Belgorod-22, which is a national-level nuclear warhead storage site, close to the Ukrainian border. https://t.co/QX6zn3YbMe
