If there is internal fire seen - the vehicle is counted as destroyed. The rule goes for both sides.

This has been labelled by this source + by the Office of Strategic Communications as Bilohorivka, Luhansk Region. It's actually the other Bilohorivka in Donetsk Region approx at 48.733768, 38.209373.

2. The UR-77 Meteorit claim makes more sense to me than the Javelin claim due to the speed of the projectile's flight.
