Norway will donate Hellfire missiles to Ukraine. The donation includes approximately 160 missiles, launching pads and guidance units. Ukraine will also receive night-vision equipment drawn from Armed Forces inventories.

@gregbagwell I think most of this war's trajectory can be explained by how well each side applied well-known military lessons/principles. Combined arms, mass, unity of command, mission-type orders, proper planning/coordination, etc. Russia did a poor job in Feb, but Ukraine is doing well now.
