@MassDara It’s possible but seems like it would be easier to send it straight to those regular units. At first I thought they were training volunteers on modern kit to allow regular units to rotate out and leave their equipment in place…

@MassDara But the more I look it, the more I believe it’s intended to be a new manoeuvre element. The infantry have been training with modern rifles, vehicles have tactical markings etc.

#Ukraine: Two Russian BMP-3 infantry fighting vehicles blew up on anti-tank mines while trying to attack Ukrainian positions in the vicinity of Vuhledar, #Donetsk Oblast.
Interestingly, some Russian sources who originally posted this footage claimed it to be Ukrainian forces.
