Good thread on the Timonovo ammo/equipment storage area in Russian that recently went BOOM. 90+ km from Ukraine so perhaps another 'smoking kills' accident - Lucky Strike the brand?
Seriously - I did not follow this closely so I'm not sure of the current theories on the cause.
