Massive protests in #Paris about higher living costs. Hmm, I wonder what’s causing higher costs & lower living standards? Maybe it’s b/c of unchecked #MoneyPrinting by gov’ts?🤔 There could be more #unrest coming worldwide. Abusing #fiat has consequences! https://t.co/8YGkkLVt4S

@sideybgood @THgersh I disagree with your logic for one simple reason: If there WERE to be protests for social problems caused by excessive money printing, then it has to start somewhere, in one country, in one city. (Remember #ArabSpring?) #Paris could just be the first. We’ll see if it carries on.

People ask: How could these riots & protests in #Paris possibly be related to #MonetaryPolicy? At first glance, the unrest is due to rising fuel costs & recent tax increases on it. - But why do commodity costs rise? - With high tech & better productivity, shouldn’t costs go down?

I’ve just added a long thread with my analysis about how these #riots and #protests in #Paris are ultimately caused by bad #MonetaryPolicy: Where #fiat money printing is abused, leading to deficit spending, high debt, high taxes, inflation, lower standards of living. Please read! https://t.co/vd8hecQReF

Very happy to see that #France has turned around & cancelled the fuel tax increase! My view is that people are sick & tired of rising prices (and higher taxes), making it harder & harder to make ends meet. This is not just in France, but a global issue! #MonetaryPolicy #Bitcoin? https://t.co/vd8hecQReF
