I define #Ecommerce as the technology & Internet-based commerce that started in 1995; exemplified by @Amazon. Everything before 1995 was NOT e-commerce. At best, it was #MailOrder. Today, if your order is still taken by phone (off of an Internet catalog) you’re still MailOrder!

I define #Blockchain as #permissionless #decentralized #p2p #pow tech that started in 2009; exemplified by #Bitcoin. Everything before 2009 was NOT Blockchain.
