These include pausing and unpausing ledgers, which would temporarily halt all transaction processing while maintaining read access to the ledger's status. Additionally, the proposal suggests deactivating ledgers, which would permanently stop all transaction processing on the ledger, though its historical status would remain accessible. Other proposed operations include freezing and unfreezing accounts to restrict specific accounts from transactions, and clearing accounts to remove all tokens from particular accounts.
