According to Foresight News, ETH.LIMO, the operator of the ENS domain resolution service, announced via a tweet that the eth.link gateway is now supported by the eth.limo service. The eth.link gateway now offers functionalities comparable to eth.limo, allowing users and developers to benefit from CCIP and ENSIP-10 support for wildcard resolvers and cross/separate chain resolution of ENS domains. Additional features include subdomain support, technical support, and compatibility with IPFS, IPNS, Swarm, Arweave, and Arweave Naming Service (ARNS).
Eth.link, originally developed and operated by ENS personnel, served as the primary ENS gateway for decentralized website access. However, it faced legal disputes and issues related to performance and service availability, leading to a decline in user engagement.#EthLink #EthLimo #ENS #CCIP #ENSIP10 #WildcardResolvers #SubdomainSupport #IPFS #IPNS #Swarm #Arweave #ARNS #ETH
🚀 Hats Finance to Cease Custodial Operations by End of 2025

According to ChainCatcher, decentralized security project Hats Finance has announced on the X platform that it will permanently shut down its custodial operations. The decision comes as maintaining a centralized user interface (UI) and server is deemed unsustainable, with no plans to adopt new legal or operational frameworks to continue this custodial structure.
The current arrangements are as follows: Hats.finance's custodial user front-end and back-end (UI and server) are expected to go offline by December 31, 2025. Most functions relying on this custodial architecture will be gradually phased out. However, the Hats protocol will remain deployed on-chain and managed by a DAO, with core contracts intended to operate continuously according to code.
Currently, a version of the user front-end based on IPFS is available, allowing users to access it through public gateways as long as the service is provided. Due to the cessation of payments to current fixed service providers like Pinata, the availability and performance of this version cannot be guaranteed. Users can submit withdrawal requests via the custodial UI until December 17, after which they will need to interact directly with the contract to complete withdrawals.#HatsFinance #CustodialOperations #DecentralizedSecurity #DAO #IPFS #Blockchain #OnChain #Web3 #Crypto #Decentralization #BlockchainShutDown #CryptoWithdrawals
🚀 Vitalik Buterin Highlights Progress Toward Web3's Decentralized Vision

According to Odaily, Vitalik Buterin recently shared on platform X that the 2014 vision for Web3 aimed to create a permissionless decentralized application ecosystem. Despite being overshadowed by various "meta" and "narrative" elements, the core technology has been strengthening. Ethereum has transitioned to Proof of Stake (PoS) and is scaling, while ZK-EVM and PeerDAS are effectively realizing the "sharding" vision. The data layer protocol Whisper has evolved into Waku, supporting applications like Status, and IPFS is excelling in decentralized file retrieval.
Buterin believes that all prerequisites for Web3's original vision are now in place, signaling the time for decentralized development. He cited Fileverse as an exemplary application, utilizing Ethereum and Gnosis Chain for handling names and accounts. He concluded by stating that a decentralized renaissance is imminent.#Web3 #Decentralization #Ethereum #ProofOfStake #ZKEVM #Sharding #IPFS #Waku #Blockchain #VitalikButerin #Fileverse #GnosisChain #ETH #GNO

According to ChainCatcher, Vitalik Buterin has announced on social media that 2026 will be a pivotal year for Ethereum in reclaiming ground in self-sovereignty and trustlessness. The plans include simplifying node operations through ZK-EVM and BAL technology, launching Helios to verify RPC data, and implementing ORAM and PIR technologies to protect user privacy. Additionally, Ethereum aims to develop social recovery wallets and time-lock features to enhance fund security, as well as improve on-chain UI and IPFS applications. Buterin emphasized that Ethereum will address compromises made over the past decade in node operations, application decentralization, and data privacy, refocusing on its core values. Although this will be a lengthy process, it is expected to strengthen the Ethereum ecosystem.#VitalikButerin #Ethereum #2026 #selfsovereignty #trustlessness #ZKEVM #BALtechnology #Helios #RPCdata #ORAM #PIR #privacy #socialrecoverywallets #timelock #fundsecurity #onchainUI #IPFS #decentralization #Ethereumecosystem #ETH
🚀 ENS Explorer Alpha Version Launches on Sepolia Testnet

The ENS Explorer Alpha version has been launched on the Sepolia testnet. According to Foresight News, the ENS Explorer is designed to operate independently from the ENS Labs infrastructure. Even if servers experience downtime, the Explorer can continue functioning by directly accessing Ethereum hosted on IPFS. The team plans to introduce several features in the future, including tools for managing subdomain creation, record management, dedicated registry views, complex registration options, and performance optimization along with design improvements.#ENSExplorer #AlphaVersion #SepoliaTestnet #ForesightNews #Ethereum #IPFS #SubdomainManagement #RecordManagement #RegistryViews #RegistrationOptions #PerformanceOptimization #DesignImprovements
