According to Odaily, Mind Network, a platform specializing in fully homomorphic encryption (FHE) and re-staking layers, has successfully raised $10 million in a Pre-A funding round. The investment was led by prominent firms including Animoca Brands, Arkstream Capital, Cogitent Ventures, G Ventures, MH Ventures, Master Ventures, Moonhill Capital, SwissBorg Ventures, and IBC Group. Additionally, individual investors such as ether.fi CEO Mike Silagadze, crypto influencers Mario Nawfal, Mr Block, and Kyle ChassΓ© also participated in the funding round.
Mind Network plans to utilize the new capital to integrate more staking protocols and expand its business operations. The company aims to continue developing and releasing supportive infrastructure. Users holding staking assets from partner protocols will be able to exchange them for vFHE on the Mind Network platform and participate in FHE voting.
Previously, Mind Network introduced an FHE voting solution designed to ensure consensus and data security for AI and Proof-of-Stake (PoS) networks. This solution incorporates the concept of Total Governance Value (TGV), which separates voting rights from staking assets and allocates them to networks or systems requiring governance and consensus. By holding staking assets, users can obtain vFHE and engage in securing the consensus of other networks they wish to support.#MindNetwork #Funding #StakingProtocols #HomomorphicEncryption #Investors #Crypto #Blockchain #Governance #Decentralization #PoS

According to PANews, Shiba Inu's anonymous lead developer, Shytoshi Kusama, shared information on the X platform indicating that the U.S. Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), led by Elon Musk, is exploring the implementation of a blockchain-based election platform. This system, potentially named 'eVote,' aims to collaborate with various blockchain platforms, including X (formerly Twitter), Cardano, Hyperledger, and Hedera, to establish a nationwide electronic voting and identity verification solution. Analysts suggest that this initiative aligns with former President Donald Trump's longstanding emphasis on ensuring election integrity.
Shytoshi Kusama believes the success of this system hinges on the integration of fully homomorphic encryption (FHE). He also urged Trump to appoint a professional blockchain advisor to oversee the development and implementation of this innovative voting platform. The exploration of such a system reflects a growing interest in leveraging blockchain technology to enhance the security and transparency of electoral processes in the United States. The collaboration with established blockchain platforms underscores the potential for technological advancements to address concerns about election fairness and security.#Blockchain #Voting #eVote #ElectionIntegrity #ShibaInu #ElonMusk #HomomorphicEncryption #Transparency #Security #Technology #SHIB #ADA #HBAR
π Decentralized Confidential Computing Sees Significant Growth with Over $1 Billion in Investments
#DecentralizedConfidentialComputing #DeCC #Investment #VentureCapital #Blockchain #Cryptography #ZeroKnowledgeProofs #MultiPartyComputation #GarbledCircuits #HomomorphicEncryption #TrustedExecutionEnvironments #Privacy #SecureApplications
According to Odaily, a recent report by Messari highlights the rapid expansion of the decentralized confidential computing (DeCC) sector, which has attracted over $1 billion in venture capital investments. This influx of capital underscores the growing interest in DeCC technology, with teams focusing on practical application integration and developer-oriented infrastructure development.
DeCC enables private computation and state while maintaining the inherent transparency of public blockchains, without compromising decentralization. This technology addresses critical vulnerabilities in both traditional and blockchain systems by employing cryptographic tools such as zero-knowledge proofs (ZKPs), multi-party computation (MPC), garbled circuits (GC), fully homomorphic encryption (FHE), and authenticated trusted execution environments (TEEs). These tools facilitate encrypted computation without exposing plaintext data.
As funding continues to flow into the sector, DeCC is transitioning from theoretical concepts to practical deployment. It is poised to become a standard layer in the decentralized technology stack, enabling secure and trustless applications that were previously unattainable on public infrastructure.#DecentralizedConfidentialComputing #DeCC #Investment #VentureCapital #Blockchain #Cryptography #ZeroKnowledgeProofs #MultiPartyComputation #GarbledCircuits #HomomorphicEncryption #TrustedExecutionEnvironments #Privacy #SecureApplications
π Optalysys Unveils Blockchain-Focused Server with Advanced Encryption

According to BlockBeats, UK-based startup Optalysys has launched what it claims to be the world's first server designed specifically for blockchain applications, capable of processing large-scale data without decryption. The LightLocker node utilizes fully homomorphic encryption (FHE), a mathematical method that allows computations on encrypted data without compromising the encryption itself.
Over the past year, several companies in the cryptocurrency sector have raised funds and explored the application of FHE. Optalysys asserts that its server hardware is tailored for blockchain encryption, offering a more cost-effective alternative to expensive and inefficient GPU systems, with a 40% reduction in energy consumption.
Founded in 2013 by CEO Nick New and CTO Robert Todd, Optalysys is headquartered in Leeds, England. The company completed a Β£21 million (approximately $28 million) Series A funding round in July 2023.#Optalysys #Blockchain #Server #Encryption #Cryptocurrency #HomomorphicEncryption #EnergyEfficiency #Startup #TechInnovation #Funding
π Vitalik Buterin Discusses Strategic Shift in Blockchain Development at EthCC
#VitalikButerin #EthCC #BlockchainDevelopment #SpaceGrowth #ZeroKnowledgeProofs #HomomorphicEncryption #ComplexProblems #EfficientSolutions
According to Foresight News, Vitalik Buterin addressed attendees at the EthCC conference, emphasizing a pivotal change in blockchain development strategies. Buterin noted that the approach of 'space growth' may no longer be the most effective strategy. He advocated for a transition from merely utilizing blockchain, zero-knowledge proofs (ZK), and fully homomorphic encryption (FHE) to constructing systems that achieve specific attributes. He stressed that the key focus should be on solving complex problems efficiently rather than simply becoming smarter in tackling trivial issues.#VitalikButerin #EthCC #BlockchainDevelopment #SpaceGrowth #ZeroKnowledgeProofs #HomomorphicEncryption #ComplexProblems #EfficientSolutions

Vitalik Buterin has shared his vision for 2026, emphasizing the use of OpenStreetMap and encrypted email service Protonmail, while prioritizing decentralized social media to enhance data privacy. According to Foresight News, Buterin is committed to exploring local large language model (LLM) deployment strategies. His ideal approach involves utilizing local LLMs and compensating for parameter limitations with specialized fine-tuning models. For high-load scenarios, he suggests integrating query-based zero-knowledge payments, trusted execution environments, and local query filtering, essentially combining imperfect solutions for optimal protection. Buterin's ultimate goal remains the development of highly efficient fully homomorphic encryption technology. He argues that sending all data to third-party centralized services is unnecessary, as tools exist to significantly reduce such operations, and advocates for their continuous improvement and active use.#VitalikButerin #DecentralizedSocialMedia #PrivacyMeasures #OpenStreetMap #Protonmail #LLMDeployment #ZeroKnowledgePayments #HomomorphicEncryption #DataPrivacy #LocalQueryFiltering #EncryptedEmail #ForesightNews #ETH
