According to Foresight News, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filed a lawsuit three weeks ago against crypto venture firm Shima Capital and its founder, Yida Gao, accusing them of orchestrating a scheme to defraud investors. Internal emails reveal that Yida Gao has informed the founders of the projects they invested in about his decision to resign and initiate the liquidation of the fund, expressing deep regret over 'poor decisions.'
