According to ChainCatcher, Nasdaq-listed Bitcoin mining company Riot Platforms has announced the sale of 1,080 Bitcoins, generating approximately $96 million. The proceeds will be used to purchase land in Rockdale for a data center project. Additionally, Riot Platforms has entered into a data center lease and service agreement with Advanced Micro Devices (AMD).
