Kulipa, a stablecoin card issuing platform, has successfully raised $6.2 million in a seed funding round co-led by Flourish Ventures and 1kx. According to NS3.AI, this funding round, which concluded last December as a SAFE, brings the company's total funding to $9.2 million. Since launching its infrastructure in February 2025, Kulipa has issued over 120,000 cards.
