According to Odaily, the Polygon Foundation and X platform reported that the Polygon PoS network encountered a disruption affecting some RPC nodes this afternoon. Despite the issue, the network remained online, with uninterrupted block production and no blockchain downtime.
The technical team quickly identified the problem and distributed a patch to node operators to restore full service functionality. Currently, validator nodes are synchronizing data and are gradually reaching the required quorum.
During the disruption, many RPC nodes continued to operate fully, allowing transactions to flow and be processed normally.
Until node synchronization is complete, data displayed on block explorers may still experience delays.#Polygon #PoS #Blockchain #NetworkDisruption #RPCNodes #ValidatorNodes #NodeSynchronization #BlockchainUpdate #POL
🚀 Flow Foundation Addresses Security Breach and Asset Transfer

According to Odaily, the Flow Foundation has released an official update regarding a security breach that occurred on December 27, 2025. Attackers exploited a vulnerability in the Flow execution layer, transferring approximately $3.9 million worth of assets off-chain before validators coordinated a shutdown. The foundation assured that no existing user balances were affected, and all user deposits remain intact. The stolen funds were primarily moved through a cross-chain bridge, and the attacker's address has been identified and flagged. Efforts to trace the laundering paths are ongoing, and requests to freeze the assets have been submitted to Circle, Tether, and major exchanges.
The foundation stated that the network has been isolated, and a fix for the vulnerability has been released, currently undergoing verification and deployment. To remove unauthorized transactions, the network will roll back to a checkpoint before the attack, requiring legitimate transactions submitted during the period to be resubmitted after the restart. Based on feedback from validators and ecosystem partners, the foundation has decided to extend the coordination time to ensure network consensus and long-term security. The network will not be hastily restarted until thorough consultations are completed. User funds remain secure throughout the process, and updates will continue to be released according to the established schedule.#FlowFoundation #SecurityBreach #AssetTransfer #CrossChainBridge #Validators #NetworkSecurity #Blockchain #DecentralizedFinance #FundsRecovery #Cryptocurrency #AssetFreeze #VulnerabilityFix #BlockchainUpdate #Odaily #CryptoNews #FLOW
🚀 Sui Blockchain Restores Operations After Network Outage

According to Cointelegraph, the layer-1 Sui blockchain has resumed normal operations following a six-hour network outage that disrupted transactions on the high-speed network. The Sui Foundation announced that transactions are now proceeding as expected and advised users experiencing issues to refresh their applications or browser windows. This update was shared on the social media platform X on Wednesday.
The Sui Foundation confirmed the outage at 3:24 pm UTC on Wednesday, informing its 1.1 million followers that core developers were actively addressing the issue. However, the foundation has not provided details on the cause of the 'Consensus outage,' which affected over $1 billion in value on the chain and halted user transactions. The investigation into the problem began at 2:52 pm UTC, and the issue was resolved by 8:44 pm UTC, restoring the network after nearly six hours of downtime.
This incident marks the second significant outage for the Sui blockchain since its launch in May 2023, with a previous disruption occurring in November 2024. Comparatively, Solana, another high-speed blockchain, has experienced similar challenges but has not faced any outages in the past 18 months. Solana has implemented emergency updates in the past to enable validators to better coordinate and address critical client-side issues. Recently, the Solana Status X account urged validators to upgrade to a new version containing essential patches.
In the wake of the network outage, the price of Sui's (SUI) token experienced a brief 4% increase before stabilizing around $1.84, according to CoinGecko data. Despite the temporary spike, the token's price has remained relatively stable since the Sui Foundation confirmed the outage.#SuiBlockchain #NetworkOutage #SuiFoundation #Blockchain #Crypto #Transactions #Layer1 #Solana #CryptoNews #TokenPrice #BlockchainUpdate #CryptoMarket #SUI #SOL
🚀 Ethereum Foundation Proposes Fast Confirmation Rule to Reduce Deposit Times

The Ethereum Foundation has announced a proposed update known as the Fast Confirmation Rule, aimed at significantly reducing deposit times between Ethereum Layer 1 and Layer 2, as well as exchanges. According to NS3.AI, this mechanism could decrease wait times by approximately 80–98% by utilizing attestations rather than blocks. The Ethereum Foundation intends to implement this update in the coming months.#Ethereum #EthereumFoundation #FastConfirmationRule #DepositTimes #Layer1 #Layer2 #Exchanges #NS3AI #Attestations #BlockchainUpdate #ETH
