According to Odaily, Bitcoin savings application Bitstack has become the first company in France to receive a crypto asset service provider (CASP) license under the newly implemented European Markets in Crypto Assets (MiCA) regulations. The company was advised by De Gaulle Fleurance law firm during the license application process.
