Hello, SolPass dev team are currently looking for Community Managers.
What you will do:
- Cultivate and manage a social media community via channels such as Discord, Twitter and more
- Create and curate regular posts on various social media channels mentioned above
- Monitor, measure, and report on the success of community growth and engagement metrics
- Record feedback of the community members to define product needs, and address them in an effective, tactical, and empathetic manner;
- Planning and execution of various online marketing campaigns and events
- Establish marketing partnerships with relevant projects and third parties
- Think of any other creative ways to continuously support SolPass platform & network
- Execute growth strategies for the SolPass project, with an immediate focus on establishment of partnerships
- Follow our competitors and the industry
Skills You’ll Need:
- Excellent communication and writing skills (English required, other languages a plus)
- Deep understanding of internet and blockchain culture
- Active social media user on Twitter, Discord, Telegram and other social media and community channels
- Basic understanding of blockchain/crypto terminology;
- Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, resourceful and a self-starter
- A creative thinker, enthusiastic
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote and global team
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required
Nice-to-have's:
- Ability to organize & coordinate in-person events and meetups for the SolPass and broader blockchain community (Twitter Spaces, etc)
- Experience working on marketing efforts around an NFT project or DeFi protocol launch highly appreciated
