We are seeking an experienced C++ Team Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of C++ programming language and possess senior-level skills. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating C++ projects, ensuring smooth execution of processes to make everyone comfortable, and leading a team of developers.
Technologies used: C++17/20, Linux/CentOs 7+, CMake, Gcc, Clang, Kernel-bypass.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop and maintain high-quality C++ code
- Lead and mentor a team of developers
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of C++ modules
- Drive projects from conception to delivery, ensuring on-time delivery and within budget
- Ensure all code complies with coding standards and guidelines
- Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality code
- Manage team workload and ensure all team members are effectively utilized
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are understood and met
What We Look For In You:
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming in C++
- Performs well in a remote/hybrid team with variable, project-based responsibilities
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience managing a team of developers
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Fluent in English
Nice-to-Haves:
- In-depth knowledge and expertise with low latency/real-time development with sub-microsecond latency
- LockFree containers and thinking pattern
- C programming knowledge (written drivers for Linux system, worked with the core, etc.)
- Good understanding of Linux system internals and networking

Основные обязанности:
- Ведение крипто-проекта в Telegram,
Twitter, Reddit, Instagram, Discord и других соц сетях;
- Разработка стратегии SMM и планирование контента;
- Менеджмент 2 и более сотрудников;
- Отслеживание актуальных новостей и событий в сфере криптовалюты;
- Выполнение постинга в соответствии с контент-планом;
- Плотное взаимодействие и коммуникация с отделом дизайна;
- Анализ конкурентов;
- Создание оригинальных и креативных текстов для публикаций.
На что обращаем внимание?:
- Опыт работы в SMM не менее 3 лет;
- Компетентность в крипто-сфере;
- Умение писать красивый и оригинальный текст на тему крипто (без использования ИИ);
- Умение интересно и ярко излагать материал, отличное знание русского языка;
- Опыт ведения соц сетей крипто-проектов;
