Responsibilities:
- Analysing international P2P markets, conduct research on competitors
- Developing international business (Eastern/Western Europe, UK, Australia/NZ, Canada)
- Work with the existing leads database and identify prospective leads on your own
- Leads cold/hot communications (P2P merchants) and their account management
- Expanding liquidity/traffic on our P2P platform, and plan corresponding activities to ensure the conversion rates
- Analysing users’ and merchants’ habits and their behaviour to tailor business development trends
- Dealing with large data and performing certain data analysis
- Monitor users/merchants’ feedback to improve our ROI based on this analysis
- Liaising with the local social media channels and cooperate with other marketing departments to increase brand awareness and user traffic
Requirements:
- Fluent English is a MUST
- Preferred candidate location: CIS/Russia, Eastern/Western Europe, Canada, Australia/NZ
- At least three years of experience in business development or product operations in the IT industry (international)
- Knowledge in crypto/blockchain business/P2P trading is a big advantage
- Advanced data scarping and data analysis skills/experience is also a plus
- Self-starter, ability to work independently identifying prospective P2P merchant leads, communicating and onboarding
- High degree of responsibility, sensitivity to data and market insights
- Rigorous logical thinking and exellent communication skills
