Email Marketing Manager

An Australian startup with a main team based in Dubai is seeking an Email Marketing Manager. The company connects cryptocurrency finances with traditional banking through a debit card. When users pay with the debit card, their cryptocurrency is converted to fiat currency for the transaction. The project is in the launch phase and will soon be released to the public.

Conditions:
- Probation period of 3 months;
- Remote work;
- Part-time, 20 hours per week;
- We are open to your salary expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute email marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and retention;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, content) to align email marketing with business objectives;
- Manage the entire email campaign process: planning, segmentation, content collaboration, testing, deployment, and analysis;
- Implement drip email campaigns across various stages of the customer journey;
- Utilise data-driven insights and analytics to optimise email performance and maximise engagement, conversion, and retention rates;
- Manage email marketing platforms and tools, ensuring optimal functionality, deliverability, and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM);
- Stay updated with email marketing and web3 trends and best practices;
- Implement A/B testing to optimise email elements such as subject lines, copy, CTAs, and visuals;
- Monitor and report on key email marketing metrics and KPIs, providing performance updates and insights;
- Integrate email campaigns with other digital marketing channels for maximum impact.

We expect from you:
- Proven track record of success in email marketing, preferably in the technology or web3 space;
- Experience in leveraging email marketing for customer retention, upselling, and cross-selling initiatives, resulting in increased customer lifetime value;
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and segmentation strategies;
- Proficiency with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, One signal, as well as experience with marketing automation and CRM systems;
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions;
- Ability to handle multiple fintech products and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
- Knowledge of web3 technologies, blockchain, and cryptocurrency is a plus.
