В настоящее время мы ищем опытного операционного директора (COO), основная задача которого — координация и управление бизнес-подразделениями компании.
👉🏻 Чем предстоит заниматься:
- Планирование и проведение встреч РНП, Недельные спринты, Коммерческие спринты
- Управление командой Маркетинга
- Выстроить работу с отделом Технической поддержки
- Обеспечение бесперебойного функционирования компании и координация работы различных отделов (разработка, маркетинг, техническая поддержка) для достижения операционной эффективности
- Формирование, развитие и контроль операционных, продуктовых и маркетинговых метрик, которые помогут системно находить зоны роста компании
- Разработка стратегии мотивации (KPI) и стимулирования сотрудников для повышения результативности
- Тестирование гипотез и генерация идеи по решению сложных управленческих вопросов
- Взаимодействие с фаундерами проекта, с разработкой, обеспечение синхронного движения маркетинга и разработки
- Оптимизация и оцифровка бизнес-процессов
