Kinetex Network is seeking a skilled Marketing Analyst!

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the DeFi landscape and experience with quest platforms like Galxe, Zealy, and others. You will analyze market trends, competitors, and marketing strategies to provide insights that drive our growth. This role requires a hands-on, data-driven approach, combining market research with practical marketing experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of DeFi projects' marketing strategies, user acquisition, and brand positioning.
- Track and report on key market trends, user behaviors, and competitive landscapes within the DeFi space.
- Good knowledge of Crypto X (Twitter)
- Knowledge of quest platforms like Galxe, Zealy, and others to optimize engagement and incentive campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to inform campaign planning and execution based on research findings.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing analysis, particularly within the crypto and DeFi sectors.
- Familiarity with DeFi protocols, market trends, and user behavior.
- Experience with quest platforms such as Galxe, Zealy, and similar tools.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis tools
- Ability to interpret complex data and present clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent research, communication, and presentation skills.

Nice to Have:
- Experience with on-chain data analysis tools.
- Background in DeFi marketing or technical understanding of blockchain technologies.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and sentiment analysis tools.

— опыт работы над креативными концепциями на вовлечение и конкурсами;
— опыт в создании материала с 0;
— английский язык не ниже B2;
— опыт координирования и коммуникации с подрядчиками - будет плюсом;
— желание креативить
