1. We are looking for a Crypto Researcher:
- to craft a visionary Web3 thesis. Your keen insight into market trends will shape our investment strategies, contingent upon your ability to get the rest of the team onboard with them.
Requirements:
- First-principles thinking
- In-depth crypto knowledge
- Fluent English

2. We are looking for a DeFi Strategist:
- to design yielding strategies within the DeFi sector. Your proficiency in risk assessment will shape our DeFi allocations, contingent upon your adeptness at aligning with the research team and managing partners.
Requirements:
- Comprehensive understanding of DeFi
- Solution-oriented approach
- Fluent English

3. We are looking for an Intern:
- to assist and learn from the previous two.
Requirements:
- Eager learner
- Maths mindset
- Fluent English

Additional Preferences Common to All Roles:
- Experience: as an intern or analyst in VC, PE, corporate funds, or management consulting.
- Quick Adaptability: Ability to swiftly adapt and navigate diverse industries, assessing startup potential, strengths, and weaknesses both within and outside the Web3 sector.
- Financial Acumen: Ability to deep-dive into financial models to extract insights for investment decisions
