Also you may describe people as prickly or touchy : if they react badly with anger to whatever you try to tell them

Fear state
: timid person: person who is very quiet and shy to do anything

Timorous (adj)

Confussion state:

Puzzled
Muddled=mixed up feeling
Out of my depth: this is used when you don't have knowledge about a topic or subject

Good state:

In the pink 🩷: in the best of health

Bad state:
